Create your own stunning chocolate Christmas trees together in this festive hands-on workshop for two at Craft House Chocolate.
Working as a pair, you'll create two beautifully handcrafted chocolate Christmas trees – one each to take home. Perfect as elegant festive centrepieces or unique handmade Christmas gifts, each tree is made entirely from chocolate and has an approximate shelf life of up to five months, making them ideal to create well in advance of the festive season.
Guided by award-winning chocolatier and chocolate sommelier Nettie, you'll learn professional chocolate-making techniques including tempering, moulding, assembling and decorative finishing. You'll then personalise your trees with luxurious festive details such as edible gold, textured finishes and seasonal decorations for a truly artisan finish.
This relaxed and creative workshop is designed for two people to enjoy together, with plenty of opportunities to taste delicious chocolate along the way. With class sizes limited to just 10 guests, you'll enjoy a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of individual guidance throughout.
