Create your own stunning chocolate Christmas tree together in this festive hands-on workshop for two at Craft House Chocolate.
During the class, each pair will make and take home a beautifully handcrafted chocolate Christmas tree — perfect as an elegant centrepiece for your Christmas table or a unique handmade gift. Because the trees are made entirely from chocolate, they have an approximate shelf life of up to 5 months, making them ideal to create ahead of the festive season.
Led by award-winning chocolatier and chocolate sommelier Nettie, you’ll be guided through professional chocolatier techniques including chocolate tempering, moulding, assembling and decorative finishing. Your trees will then be decorated with festive touches such as edible gold, textured finishes and seasonal decorations to create a luxurious artisan look.
This is a relaxed, creative and festive experience designed for two people to work together while enjoying plenty of chocolate along the way.
Class sizes are intentionally small with a maximum of 10 guests, creating a warm and personal workshop atmosphere.
Early booking is recommended as these festive workshops are expected to sell quickly.
Chocolate trees are approximately 12–16cm tall.
