A talk on the bean to bar process
A demo on tempering chocolate
Decoration technique using cocoa butter
Making your own inclusion bars
Making and piping ganache
Moulding and filling chocolates
Packaging your chocolates to take home.
A light lunch will be provided,
Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available all day
You will also receive recipes and tempering notes to take home.
