SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Please read the notice below from Royal Mail before ordering, as there may be a delay in the delivery of your items.
Post Office is doing everything we can to help our customers and Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide are committed to delivering as comprehensive a service as possible at all times. To help us do this, there are some changes to services due to new social distancing guidelines and significantly higher than normal absence rates due to illness and self-isolation.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide are providing normal deliveries, but it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption during the pandemic. They are working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.
We will process and dispatch your order within 2 business days you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note : we do not post out in times of extreme weather temperatures, we will post your item once temperatures cool.
We ensure your chocolate is wrapped up and secured safely for dispatch, If you prefer to collect then please email us before you order.
you can choose to have your chocolates sent by 1st or 2nd class recorded .
1st class recorded £5.95
2nd class Recorded £4.95
you can also choose to pick up from store at checkout.
Please note that your chocolates will not fit through the letterbox
If you are left a card, please collect your chocolates as soon as possible, as the sorting office will not store your products in ideal conditions. If your chocolates are returned to us because you have not collected them, you will incur a cost for resending.
We do not post International orders at the moment.
General returns Policy
We can only accept non-perishable items returned to use within 14 days from the date our order was received
Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept non-perishable products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
Delivery charges are refundable if the item purchased is faulty or incorrect or you exercise your right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery (for non-perishable items).
Non-perishable items returned inside the 14 days will be issued with a refund but items returned outside the 14 days may be accepted at our discretion – please email us first for confirmation.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Craft house chocolate for a full refund.
This does not apply to perishable items or anything that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.
